Membership Benefits

By securing your #DEN Membership you gain access to member-only pages & will have priority, once Tier II registration opens, to register & attend DEN events in your city for the Member and ONE guest. Membership also allows you to invite non-members to become members and register during Tier III of event registration for your specific city. For those who have secured a general #DEN Membership, once your city is announced, your membership will be transferred to that city. #DEN National Network - Any member who attends THREE (3) DEN Events within one calendar year will be invited to become a Member of the #DEN National Network. This allows the member to register and attend any and all DEN events, with a guest throughout, the United States. #DEN Global Network (coming soon) - Any member who attends FIVE (5) DEN Events within one calendar year will be invited to become a Member of the #DEN National Network. This allows the member to register and attend any and all DEN events, with a guest throughout, the World. Please Note: Membership DOES NOT guarantee admission to #DEN Events. Event registration is required to attend a #DEN event and is on on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are the Ticket Transaction & Annual Membership Fees for?

The Membership and Transaction Fee is used to cover the inherent costs of training, support, and technical services to all the host-organizers nation-wide and soon, worldwide, to enable them to organize their own event, as offered by Le Dîner en Noir Corporate/HNC Enterprises, Inc. These services allow us to preserve and convey the concept’s values, to sustain our corporate standards by regrouping them within a single network and, to develop technical tools. #DEN Membership offers members a number of online services that will grow in the coming years. Dîner en Noir is working on updating its platforms so that all participants of a Dîner en Noir event become members. In addition, this annual fee will allow members to register for as many Dîner en Noir events in their city & around the world as they wish (once they are invited to our #DEN National & Global Networks).

Membership Policy

An active #DEN Membership is required to register and attend any and all Dîner en Noir events. Each city-specific membership plan allows for event registration and attendance for that specific city/event. Purchasing a Membership IS NOT a registration of an event and does not guarantee the member registration for an event. Event registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and the member must register to attend the event. For cities where specific #DEN Membership Plans has not been announced, our general #DEN - Membership may be selected. Once that city is announced, the member will have up to 14 days to contact us at to have their #DEN Membership switched to that city. Failure to do so within the required deadline will result in a required purchase of a new membership. Please note: if a price differential exists between the two memberships, a switch CANNOT be made. Membership plans must be renewed each calendar year, and are valid from the time of purchase until December 31, of the same year, regardless of the expiration date of the paid plan. Exceptions to this rule will occur if there was no #DEN event for the city during the year of purchase. Membership Plans CAN NOT be transferred or reassigned. If you've purchased two memberships for the same city under different email addresses, we, unfortunately, can't assist with you rectifying the issue and any money spent is forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: An immediate termination of membership, rejection and/or ejection from an event, forfeiture of membership and all event registration-related costs and a ban on future membership and/or attending any future Dîner en Noir event may occur if member is found to be in breach of Dîner en Noir’s Website Terms, Conditions of Use and Policies, violates any rules or policies to include:

  • misrepresentation of age or info submitted to Dîner en Noir
  • found to have shared the confidential event, website, registration, access codes, location or any relevant, patron personal/confidential information
  • are rude, disrespectful, harassing or threatening to our guests, staff members or event partners, either in person, via phone or email
Dîner en Noir is membership may be terminated at the discretion of a staff member with or without notice or cause at any time. Please Note: Members, Partners, Volunteers, Sponsors, etc. are responsible for the actions of their guest(s). Please refer to our Refund Policy below for all refund questions.

Refund Policy

We maintain a NO REFUND/ALL SALES FINAL Policy. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our events, the approval and clearance process and donation/payment deadlines, as well as stated on the event page, throughout our website, at the Point of Sale website and in your confirmation email, Dîner en Noir event membership/registrations/sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, whatsoever. However, if in accordance with our EVENT POSTPONEMENT Policies above, we will honor event registration at a future event. Did you purchase an extra membership package(s) or event ticket(s) by mistake? Consider gifting the extra membership(s) to a family member, friend or coworker. Purchased an extra/incorrect event ticket? Consider gifting/selling to a member with event privileges for that city. Simply email us at with the email address associated with the extra membership or ticket and the updated contact information for the ticket or membership and well switch ownership up to 14 days prior to the event date. PLEASE NOTE: Only #DEN Members can register and attend events.

Why does Lighthouse no longer allow patients to make appointments for physicals ahead of time?

In recent months, appointments made ahead of time have often resulted in the patient not showing up for their appointment, which meant that the clinic managers reserved space for those people and were able to see fewer patients as a result. To maximize the amount of patients who can be seen each Wednesday, and in an effort to be as fair as possible, we are now scheduling our appointments on a walk-in only, random lottery basis.

Why do I need to leave a voice message to contact the clinic?

As a free clinic, we do not hire staff to cover phones during regular work hours and rely on volunteers to respond to calls/voice messages. This means that our volunteers get back to patients when they are available during the day depending on their personal schedules.

I still haven’t heard about my lab results. Who should I contact?

There is a 1-2 week turnaround time for results from most of the lab testing performed at the clinic. If you had blood drawn or other samples taken, you will receive a call when the results are in. If it has been longer than 2 weeks and you have not heard from us, please call (716)-846-1315 and leave a message with your full name, the test that was ordered for you (i.e. MMR titers, STD, etc), and where you had your blood drawn (either at the clinic or at Quest diagnostics).

Do you offer vaccines at the clinic?
